Your annual statement comes by post, dispatched by us in the last two weeks of April 2023. It will be sent to the address we have down for you. Please let us know if you have recently moved house and your address has been changed, so you can secure any important information we send to you in the future.

Your statement should take around 7-10 days for it to arrive after we dispatch them, so if you haven’t received your statement after 3^rd May then please contact us through these methods here: https://www.foundationhomeloans.co.uk/contact-us/

If you have changed your address or any other personal information, please call our Customer Services team on 0344 770 8030. Alternatively, you can e-mail them at customerservices@foundationhomeloans.co.uk to make the changes for you. To do this they will need confirmation in writing, signed by all parties who wish for their address to be updated.

You can take a photo of this letter and attach it to your e-mail. Please make sure to include your mortgage account number and the details of your new address, including postcode as well as a phone number in case we need to contact you.
