Terms of use for this payment portal

This payment portal is only for use by mortgage applicants or their advisers and may only be used to pay application fees associated with mortgage applications made to Foundation Home Loans. By accepting these terms of use and thereafter using this payment portal you are providing your consent to us collecting and using your personal data for the purposes of processing your payment. Any data provided to us by you when using this payment portal will be retained by us only for as long as necessary to collect and process the payment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you enter the correct figures and therefore make the correct payment. In the event that too little is paid we will advise you – please note that until the correct amount is received your mortgage application will not be processed further. In the event that any overpayment is inadvertently made any refund due will be made by us directly to the payment card from which it was collected.

Payments made during normal working hours in England and Wales via this payment portal will be received by us immediately. Payments made outside such normal working hours will be received by us at 9am the following working day.
